# AI Sales Assistant End-User Journey

## User Experience Flow

The AI Sales Assistant is embedded directly into your website and acts as a digital solar consultant available to visitors at any time.

Instead of filling out traditional lead forms, visitors can communicate naturally with the assistant, ask questions about solar energy, and receive personalized feasibility results based on their project requirements.

During the consultation, the assistant collects project information through a guided workflow that includes facility details, location information, electricity consumption, package selection, battery preferences, and contact information.

The AI Sales Assistant User Journey follows this sequence of structured pages and steps:

### Opening the AI Sales Assistant <a href="#opening-the-ai-sales-assistant" id="opening-the-ai-sales-assistant"></a>

Visitors can access the AI Sales Assistant from the chat button displayed on the website.

The assistant may initially show:

* A welcome message
* Suggested conversation starters
* Quick action buttons
* Previously configured greeting content

Visitors can either select one of the suggested actions or start typing their own message.

### Asking Questions and Exploring Solar Solutions <a href="#asking-questions-and-exploring-solar-solutions" id="asking-questions-and-exploring-solar-solutions"></a>

The AI Sales Assistant can answer questions using the training content configured by your company.

Visitors can ask about topics such as:

* Solar energy systems
* Products and equipment & Installation requirements
* Financing options
* Company services

The assistant responds conversationally while guiding visitors toward a feasibility consultation when appropriate.

### Starting a Feasibility Consultation <a href="#starting-a-feasibility-consultation" id="starting-a-feasibility-consultation"></a>

When a visitor requests pricing, a quotation, project analysis, or similar information, the assistant may offer to prepare a solar feasibility report.

If the visitor chooses to continue, the assistant launches a guided consultation process designed to collect the information required for system sizing and feasibility calculations.

### Selecting the Facility & Grid Connection Type <a href="#selecting-the-facility-and-grid-connection-type" id="selecting-the-facility-and-grid-connection-type"></a>

The assistant asks the visitor to identify the type of facility where the solar system will be installed.

* Residential
* Commercial
* Industrial
* Agricultural Irrigation

The visitor specifies how the property will operate in relation to the electrical grid.

* On-Grid
* Off-Grid
* Zero-injection

These selections help determine the most appropriate system architecture and available package configurations.

### Providing the Project Location <a href="#providing-the-project-location" id="providing-the-project-location"></a>

The assistant requests the installation location.

* Search for an address
* Use their device location (when permitted)

After a location is selected, an interactive map is displayed for confirmation.

The visitor can review and adjust the selected position before submitting it.

The project location is used to apply local solar irradiation, environmental conditions, and other feasibility-related parameters.

### Entering the Available Installation Area <a href="#entering-the-available-installation-area" id="entering-the-available-installation-area"></a>

The assistant asks how much usable installation area is available for the solar system.

Depending on the project type, this may represent:

* Roof area
* Ground area
* Other installation surfaces

The visitor enters the available area and submits the value.

This information is used to estimate the maximum potential system size and installation capacity.

The assistant collects information about the facility's electricity usage.

* Average monthly electricity bill

The assistant asks the question about how electricity is used at the facility.

For example, residential visitors may be presented with options such as:

* Evening focused consumption

For other types:

* Constant consumption
* Weekdays focused on consumption
* Commercial (Shopping hours)
* Evening focused consumption

These selections help improve consumption estimations and system recommendations.

### Feasibility Results (Reviewing the Recommended System) <a href="#feasibility-results-reviewing-the-recommended-system" id="feasibility-results-reviewing-the-recommended-system"></a>

After sufficient project information has been collected, when the ‘Package’ option is chosen as the feasibility type, ‘Recommended Systems’ is visible to end users.

Each package may include information such as:

* Package name
* Product image
* DC power
* AC power
* Battery options (if applicable)
* Project pricing with VAT

Visitors can compare the available options and select the package that best fits their requirements.

> The packages displayed to visitors are determined entirely by the package and pricing configurations defined within the AI Sales Assistant.

Battery selections are included in both feasibility calculations and proposal generation.

Before generating the final report, the assistant collects the contact information required for lead creation and report delivery.

The form may include:

* First & Last name
* Phone country code
* Phone number
* Email address
* Consent confirmation

All required fields must be completed before the process can continue.

Data validation is applied to ensure submitted information is complete and properly formatted.

### Generating the Feasibility Report <a href="#generating-the-feasibility-report" id="generating-the-feasibility-report"></a>

After all required information has been collected, the AI Sales Assistant generates a feasibility report directly within the conversation.

Depending on the configured feasibility model and available project data, the report may include:

* Project location
* Facility type
* Estimated project cost
* Estimated annual production
* Estimated annual consumption
* Payback period estimates
* System power values
* Panel quantities
* Environmental impact metrics

The report is generated automatically using the project information collected during the consultation.

### Viewing the Proposal <a href="#viewing-the-proposal" id="viewing-the-proposal"></a>

After feasibility calculations are completed, the assistant can provide access to a detailed solar proposal.

**Important**: The proposal format and contents depend on the proposal templates configured within the platform.

## Managing Conversations <a href="#managing-conversations" id="managing-conversations"></a>

Visitors can access their conversation history by clicking the three dots in the assistant interface.

Depending on the configuration, they may be able to:

* Reopen previous conversations
* Continue an existing consultation
* Start a new conversation

The assistant can also be minimized and reopened later without restarting the entire interaction.
