# Materiaal aanvragen

## Doel van Deze Sectie <a href="#purpose-of-this-section" id="purpose-of-this-section"></a>

De sectie Materiaal Aanvragen zorgt ervoor dat u zonder beperkingen kunt blijven werken, zelfs als een vereist product nog niet in de database is opgenomen. In plaats van placeholders of externe tools te gebruiken, kunt u materialen direct binnen solarVis aanvragen en alle projectgegevens accuraat en consistent houden.

Alle ingediende aanvragen worden door het team beoordeeld en doorgaans binnen **2 werkdagen** aan de database toegevoegd.

## Wat U Hier Kunt Doen <a href="#what-you-can-do-here" id="what-you-can-do-here"></a>

Vanuit de sectie Materiaal Aanvragen kunt u:

* Materialen aanvragen die momenteel niet beschikbaar zijn in de solarVis-database
* De benodigde informatie verstrekken en datasheets uploaden of referentielinks toevoegen ter ondersteuning van uw aanvraag indien gewenst
* Zorgen dat aangevraagde materialen worden toegevoegd voor toekomstige projecten

## Hoe Een Materiaal Aanvragen (Stapsgewijs) <a href="#how-to-request-a-material-step-by-step" id="how-to-request-a-material-step-by-step"></a>

1. Open de pagina **Materialen**
2. Klik op **Materiaal Aanvragen**
3. Vul de vereiste informatie in:

* Volledige naam, e-mailadres, onderwerp (vooraf ingevuld)
* Materiaaltype
* Naam fabrikant
* Modelnaam of -nummer

1. Upload een datasheet of voeg een product-URL toe (optioneel)
2. **Verzend** uw aanvraag

Na verzending wordt de aanvraag ter beoordeling naar het solarVis-team gestuurd.

## Na Het Indienen van Een Aanvraag <a href="#after-you-submit-a-request" id="after-you-submit-a-request"></a>

* Het team beoordeelt en valideert de ingediende informatie
* Goedgekeurde materialen worden binnen **2 werkdagen** aan de solarVis-database toegevoegd
* U wordt per e-mail geïnformeerd nadat het aangevraagde materiaal is toegevoegd
* Nieuw toegevoegde materialen verschijnen onder de sectie **Alle Materialen**, waar u ze kunt activeren
* U kunt alle instellingen beheren in de sectie **Actieve Materialen**
