# طلب المواد

## هدف هذا القسم <a href="#purpose-of-this-section" id="purpose-of-this-section"></a>

يضمن قسم طلب مادة أنه يمكنك متابعة العمل دون أي قيود، حتى إذا لم يكن المنتج المطلوب مدرجًا بعد في قاعدة البيانات. بدلاً من استخدام عناصر نائبة أو أدوات خارجية، يمكنك طلب المواد مباشرةً ضمن solarVis والحفاظ على دقة واتساق جميع بيانات المشروع.

جميع الطلبات المقدمة يتم مراجعتها من قبل الفريق، وعادةً ما تتم إضافتها إلى قاعدة البيانات خلال **يومي عمل**.

## كيفية طلب مادة (خطوة بخطوة) <a href="#how-to-request-a-material-step-by-step" id="how-to-request-a-material-step-by-step"></a>

1. افتح صفحة **المواد**
2. انقر على **طلب مادة**
3. املأ المعلومات المطلوبة:

* الاسم الكامل، البريد الإلكتروني، الموضوع (معبأة مسبقًا)
* نوع المادة
* اسم الشركة المصنعة
* اسم أو رقم الطراز

1. قم بتحميل ورقة بيانات أو أضف رابط المنتج (اختياري)
2. **أرسل** طلبك

بعد الإرسال، يتم إرسال الطلب إلى فريق solarVis للمراجعة.

## بعد تقديم الطلب <a href="#after-you-submit-a-request" id="after-you-submit-a-request"></a>

* يقوم الفريق بمراجعة وتدقيق المعلومات المقدمة
* تتم إضافة المواد المعتمدة إلى قاعدة بيانات solarVis خلال **يومي عمل**
* سيتم إعلامك عبر البريد الإلكتروني بعد إضافة المادة المطلوبة
* تظهر المواد المضافة حديثًا ضمن قسم **جميع المواد**، حيث يمكنك تفعيلها
* يمكنك إدارة جميع الإعدادات في قسم **المواد النشطة**
