Account Settings

The page manages your personal account information and chooses which updates you receive by email and in-app notifications.

Purpose of This Page

The Account section in Settings contains user-specific configurations that apply across the entire solarVis platform.

From here, you can:

• Maintain accurate personal information

• Review your account email address

• Decide which system events trigger notifications

• Choose how notifications are delivered (email and/or in-app)

These settings affect only your own account and do not impact other users in your organization.

What You Can Do Here

Within the Account page, you can:

Profile Management

• View your profile details

• Edit your name, surname, and phone number

• Review your account email address

• Save preference changes

Notification Preferences

• Turn email notifications on or off by notification type

• Turn in-app notifications on or off by notification type

• Save notification preference changes

Page Structure

Account Settings structure is;

Profile

The Profile page displays your personal account information.

• All profile details are shown in read-only mode by default

• Click the Edit button to update editable fields:

  • Name

  • Surname

  • Phone number

• Your email address is shown for reference and cannot be edited

• Once changes are made, save to apply updates across solarVis

Notification Preferences

The Notification Preferences page allows you to control how and when you receive system updates.

• Notification types are listed in a table

• Each notification type has two delivery options:

  • Email notification

  • In-app notification

• You can enable or disable each delivery channel independently

• Changes are not applied immediately

• Click Save to store and activate your preferences

These settings help ensure you receive only the notifications that matter to you, through the channels you prefer.
